Creating many of our own complimenting condiments, including relishes, mayonnaises and jams, to accompany our diverse menu options.
Ensuring a wonderful taste sensation by seasoning and roasting our own meats with freshly sourced herbs and spices.

Preparing vegetarian and other special dietary options with freshly sourced market produce.

Cultural Catering constantly looks at ways of reducing carbon footprint, waste control, water and energy usage. We are committed to improving our business model for a sustainable and environmentally friendly workplace. Together with our family of employees and suppliers we are looking to put our stamp on Green Culture.

We purchase our raw food from local suppliers and specifically design seasonal menus to eliminate unnecessary wastage and always deliver the freshest products to our clients.

We have implemented a programme to use non toxic cleaning chemicals in our kitchen by (Hunter GREEN).

Our packaging policy is based on our reducing an impact on the environment. We deliver most of our food on reusable melamine platters or china. We also deliver environmentally recyclable paper cups, bamboo plates and cutlery as well as paper napkins.

We have a drafted company policy which mandates that all client cancelled orders, unused products and food excess are to be donated to Second Bite. We a proud to have formed a special partnership with this organisation.
